William B. Frazier (a/k/a Frazer) enlisted as a Private in the 10th New Jersey Volunteer Infantry, Co. E., on 11/19/1861, for three years service. At the time he was approximately 50 years old. He nearly completed his full enlistment but was discharged at the U.S. Army Hospital at Newark, N.J. on 5/24/1864, 6 months shy of completing his service.
