Stone inscribed: LEWIS A. ANDREWS Co.K. 5th Penn. Cav. Died Dec. 26, 1908 Aged 61 years. Private Andrews served in two Pennsylvania Cavalry units: the 3rd PA Company C and the 5th PA Company K. He mustered out on August 7, 1865. unknown) in 1880. On August 8, 1891, he was awarded a disability pension (App No. 1,045,246) (Cert. 927,076) (New Jersey). He passed away on December 26, 1908, at the age of 61
