THE J.I.BLAIR CEMETERY NAMED FOR THE FOUNDER OF BLAIR ACADEMY AND FOR WHOM THE TOWN OF BLAIRSTOWN IS NAMED LIES ON THE CORNER OF THE BLAIR ACADEMY GROUNDS.THE CEMETERY AT TIMES HAS BEEN CALLED GRAVEL HILL CEMETERY.THE CEMETERY WAS THE BURIAL GROUND OF THE PARISIONERS OF THE FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH IN BLAIRSTOWN.
