A MEMBER OF CO.F-104TH PENN.VOLUNTEERS HE WAS TAKEN PRISONER AT FAIR OAKS DURING THE SEVEN DAY BATTLE NEAR RICHMOND,VIRGINIA ON JUNE 28-1862.HE DIED AS PRISONER ON JULY 2-1862
